MVP Renewal night is always a fun night for all the MVPs. Even though we all contribute sometimes I get that feeling “have I done enough to be recognised again?, did I share my knowledge just as last year? Have I written informative blog posts?” etc etc. But when I go back to work I did for the last 12 months, I always feel proud that I have done a lot to make a positive impact in the tech community. Maybe my blog frequency has slowed down a bit, but sometimes I feel a deep-dive article provides more value and more like a all-in-one blog post where I talk about many elements of a problem or a solution.

Tech community is driven by passion, sharing knowledge and ideas and most importantly helping each other. From writing, speaking, YouTube content, organising events, mentorship to taking time to answer a stranger’s question in a forum etc.
And 100% of the time that’s done along with family life, taking care of health and fitness, hobbies, work and all other responsibilities. Yet it’s a satisfying feeling you get when you contribute towards the community to help resolve an issue or share your 2 cents or providing someone with a solution.
While wishing all the renewing MVPs, I’m happy to be a part of that community as a learner as well a contributor and over the moon for being accepted into the program for the 5th year as a Microsoft MVP 🙏🏼
